Kelley Walker
Kelley Walker was born in 1969 in Columbus, Georgia. He received his BFA from University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He has had solo exhibitions at Le Magasin – Centre National d’art Contemporain in Grenoble, France and the Wiels Contemporary Art Center in Brussels, Belgium. In 2013, the Kunsthaus Bregenz in Austria presented an exhibition of his collaborative identity with Wade Guyton, Guyton/Walker. His first American career survey is scheduled to open at the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis in 2016. He has been included in numerous group exhibitions at institutions including the Museum Brandhorst in Munich, Germany; P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center; the 7th Annual Sharjah Biennial; the Whitney Biennial 2006; Modern Art Oxford, United Kingdom; The Museum of Modern Art, New York, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.
